YetiCon 2024 Vendor Applications are open until May 31st!

Exhibitors may wish to compare the prices of off-site stays at the Days Inn or Comfort Inn versus
YetiCon Discount Rooms.

The Exhibitors’ Room hours are as follows:
June 14th, Friday (SETUP ONLY): 10AM - 10PM
June 15th, Saturday: 10AM - 8PM
June 16th, Sunday: 10AM - 5PM
All tables must be manned during open hours.


$420 Double Space Booth Includes:

20' x 10' Booth Space
Two 8' x 30" Tables with Tablecloth and Chairs
Four YetiCon Exhibitor Passes

$210 Vendor Booth Includes:

10' x 10' Booth Space
One 8' x 30" Table with Tablecloth and Chairs
Two YetiCon Exhibitor Passes
Website and Directory Listing


  • Additional 10’x10’ spaces (including table) are available at $150 each.

  • Additional tables (not including space) are available at $25 each.

  • Additional passes are available at attendee price, with Eventbrite fees discounted.

  • There is an additional charge of $60+HST for electrical access, and you will be placed as close to outlet access as possible. In the event your booth is not directly adjacent to an outlet, we are required to tape down extension cords to prevent tripping hazards.

  • Placement is determined on a first come, first serve basis once payment is confirmed.
